Eligibility for Return
A return or replacement is accepted if:
● The product is damaged, spoiled, expired, or incorrect on delivery
● You notify us within 2–3 days of receiving the order
● The product is unopened and in its original packaging
Note:
Opened, used, or partially consumed food items cannot be returned due to hygiene and
safety regulations.
Return Process
● Share clear images/videos of the defective or incorrect item
● Our team will verify the claim
● After approval, we will initiate replacement or refund
